"Grateful that the price was not jacked up for the eclipse weekend like so many others. Overall the place is great. Just know that there is no dishwasher and that the previous tenants many not have been great dishwashers."

"We had a wonderful time hiking and photographing nature in Brown County State Park and the house was very close to the park and to Nashville. We enjoying shopping the shops as well. Only downside was no fenced in yard for our pet. Otherwise all was good."

"Upon arriving we called to see if we could get in early. Was told the house cleaning hadn’t contacted them yet. We waited and decided we would go see where we were going. Got there around 3:15 and no one was there. Called again and was told we could look around. No one ever called and at 4 we went in. "Stayed with my daughter and her husband. We attended multiple events at IU and enjoyed downtown Nashville. Only negative was not having a washer/dryer, but all else was great!"

"This property is located in a quiet neighborhood. We were able to sit on the front porch without worrying about traffic or noise. We enjoyed being able to walk to and from the downtown area. We had a wonderful time!"

"The cabin itself was clean, maintained, fully stocked kitchen (dishes, pots and pans, etc.) It was quiet aside from the birds singing. The walkway from the driveway to the deck was difficult for my husband to walk on. (It slopes down and is soft ground with mulch over it.) My husband has had a stroke and his balance is not good.They may want to consider leveling the walkway and bring the deck up to the driveway. Also, the driveway is really loose gravel. We had motorcycles and my husbands boot...

"Beautiful property. Hottub was great. Property listed fold out couch as additional bed. The couch did not fold out into a bed. The kitchen cabinets and towels had a weird smell. Loved the quiet and peaceful atmosphere."
