"This place is now under private ownership. There was no one there when we arrived and we had no idea that we were knocking on the door and looking into the window of a private residence. When we contacted hotels.com for a refund they refused. It remains on the website despite being privately owned. "

"This was our third stay at the Boathouse on Waukazoo and per usual, we had a great time! The house is very well equipped with anything you may need while you’re there. The beds are comfy and the living room/dining area is great to hang out in as a family. We love to walk through downtown to visit the shops (and Barb’s Bakery!), and to walk to the park by the water. Looking forward to another repeat visit in the future. Thank you to the hosts for offering such a fantastic home to make memories in!"
