Private: swimming pool (above ground) (14 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi. Motor access to the house (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, bus stop 1 km, sandy beach 600 m. Nearby attractions: Olbia 10 km, Porto Rotondo 10 km. Please note: car recommended.

Unfortunately my group and I had a very unpleasant stay at this property. We stayed for 3 nights and the first 2 nights we didn’t have AC. I was told it wasn’t part of our rental but when I sent a copy of my agreement and stated that I did, It took them 2 days to address the issue. We had to wait for the property owner to come in on the third day to turn something on outside the house because it was apparently “off”. I then received an email stating that it wasn’t their fault as it was technically working it was just “off”. It was horrible because Sardinia is hot and humid. Some of us slept in the van the first two nights. We also had fly issues because we had to open the windows as it was hot. On top of that we had no WiFi the entire time which was also part of the rental. There was zero accountability on their end.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus Iride und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich, geräumig und gut und wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und die Aussicht auf die Bucht waren wunderbar. Der Pool war klein aber gut für eine schönen Abkühlung. Die Außenanlagen / Garten war sehr schön und mit Olivenbäumen, große Kakteen, Feigenbäumen und blühenden Pflanzen ausgestattet. Wir können das Haus empfehlen und würden auch wiederkommen. Als einzige Verbesserung wäre eine höhere Übertragungsrate für das Internet wünschenswert.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei. Vielen Dank!

Schöne Ortschaft

Es hat alles gut funktioniert bis auf wifi Umstellung. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Agentur könnten wir den wifi selber einstellen. Es hat geklappt.

Einfach aber okay und sauber

Dieses Ferienhaus ist schön gelegen und sauber. Die Außenanlage wirkte etwas wild. Vieles lag lose herum und wirkte daher nicht so schön. Fenster sind in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung aber okay. Man hat den Pool extra länger für uns stehen gelassen, weil wir bis Ende Oktober hier waren. Der Herr der morgens immer kam war sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Elektrik ist so ausgelegt das bei ca. 3kw die Sicherung fliegt.

Einfache, saubere Unterkunft

Der Aufenthalt war super, das Objekt ist sauber allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch ist die Ordnung auf dem Grundstück so mittelmäßig. Die Müllentsorgung war ein echtes Problem, weil diese nicht von der Gemeinde in den vom Vermieter vorgegebenen Zeiten abgeholt wurde. Am Ende hat man dann noch versucht uns 100 € Deposit einzubehalten, weil der Müll logischerweise nicht komplett abgeholt werden konnte. Nach einem kurzen E-Mail Wechsel war aber auch das vom Tisch und es wurde nichts einbehalten. Die erläuterte Aktion am Ende der Anmietung hat dem Ganzen leider ein Geschmäckle gegeben. Wäre das nicht passiert wäre wäre es wirklich sehr in Ordnung gewesen.

Belle maison avec vue magnifique sur la Tavolara

Maison très agréable à vivre et très bien équipée. Propriétaire très gentil et attentionné, tout en restant discret. La piscine est mieux qu'elle n'apparaît sur les photos et un grand plus, surtout par temps de canicule. Le jardin est très grand avec plusieurs coins agréables pour s'installer à l'ombre ou au soleil. A recommander.

Un cadre idéal!

Une petite propriété un peu vieillotte mais disposant d’une situation idéale. Une vue superbe sur la mer et les environs. Le petit déjeuner face au soleil levant vous fait oublier la literie vétuste.

Sehr schönes Haus mit herrlichem Meerblick

Schönes Haus, sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet. Man ist gleich auf der Hauptstraße und in 10 Minuten in Olbia oder Golfo Aranci. Pool ist Ok für Kinder und um sich abzukühlen, zum Schwimmen aber zu klein. Der Strand Sos Aranzos ist in 10 Minuten bergab zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr schöner Strand. Der Rückweg führt dann eben nur bergauf und man ist locker 20 Min zu Fuß unterwegs. Das einzige was fehlt ist WLAN.

Schönes, simples Haus in schöner, ruhiger Lage

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem, was man zum Wohnen und Kochen braucht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und einsam. Die Straße,die Olbia und Golfo Aranci verbindet, ist je nach Verkehrslage etwas zu hören, ist aber schnelle Verbindung zu beiden Städten und Supermärkten. Der Pool ist nicht sehr groß, aber für Kinder oder eine Erfrischung ausreichend. Er wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schnell, zuverlässig und immer hilfreich. Auch der Herr, der morgenss den Pool gereinigt hat (der Hausbesitzer?) war extrem nett, flexibel, diskret und hilfsbereit! Man hat von der Terrasse einen tollen Blick über Landschaft und auf das Meer. Der kleine, nahe gelegene Strand ist sehr schön und war im Oktober nicht stark besucht. Manchmal hatten wir 150m Strand nur für uns. Ein toller Urlaub!

Herrliche Aussicht, ruhige Lage

Das Haus hat uns sehr gefallen, die Aussicht von der Aussenlounge auf die Bucht Golfo Aranci ist wunderschön. Lage ist sehr gut, waren in 10 Min am Strand, in Golfo Aranci oder in Olbia. Sauberkeit sehr gut, Küche und Ausstattung ebenfalls tip top. Die Anlage ist weitläufig, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Wir waren froh um die Waschmaschine, welche gut funktioniert hat. Was es leider nicht hat: A/C und WLAN. Sonst alles top. Würden jederzeit dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Traumhafte Aussicht und viel Ruhe

Wir haben vor allen die wundervolle Aussicht und Ruhe genossen. Das Haus war sehr sauber und einfach, aber zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Hausbesitzer, der regelmässig zum Pool und der Umgebung schaute, war sehr freundlich und nett. Stellenweise hat die Zufahrtsstrasse rechte Mängel. Wir würden das Haus aber wieder buchen. (Bitte fügen Sie doch auch Bewertungsfelder mit GUT zu, um der Bewertung gerecht zu werden, ein sehr gut ist übertrieben, ein befriedigend ist zu schlecht bewertet)

Es war Wunderschön

Das Haus war genau wie in der Beschreibung. Der Garten und die Aussicht waren das absolute Highlight. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Die Kinder hatten die größe Freude mit dem Pool. Es war alles sehr sauber und jeden Tag kam ein sehr netter Herr und kümmerte sich um Garten und Pool. Der Strand, der nur 600 m entfernt ist, ist auch sehr empfehlenswert- gerade mit Kinder. Für uns hat Preis-Leistung absolut gestimmt. Das einzig was dem Haus fehlt ist die Klimaanlage ;)
