"Dropped in for a weekend at the horseshoe, we ran into an issue with the TV which was promptly corrected which was great. We did arrive about 45 min early to check in, which they had available for a charge, which was disappointing it wasn't like it was hours early. The room was a room, nothing stood out as special, the windows opened which was nice to help with the humidity from the shower since the vent didn't expel the humidity quick. The one down fall we found was the very heavy "barn" style door to the bathroom. The tracks have not been cleaned in quite some time, the bearings were going out, the door was hard to move for a grown male. My wife struggled with it. Dining we would have liked some more desert options and even some quick breakfast options. However it wasn't the Monarch where the gnats were eating more than their share of the sweets in the display case that they were serving out of. Would we stay here again? We don't get out too often, so we would probably try other locations, nothing screamed must go back to the Horseshoe."

"Stayed here for a chill Bachlor party weekend for my brother and his friends. The house is super close to Blackhawk casinos area as well as the city of Golden. House was clean and had everything we needed to make food, and just relax. Awesome porch for hanging outside and a huge main living room as well. Host were very responsive and messaged a few times about instructions for entrance to the house, and answered any questions we had very promptly."

"This home was a dream come true for our family! Absolutely gorgeous! The communication and check in was efficient and reliable. The cabin far surpassed our expectations in so many ways. There was plenty of space on the 3 levels for everyone to have their own space, yet wonderful gathering spaces where we could spend time together. This kitchen is AMAZING! We enjoyed wonderful meals together every night and noticed and appreciated the well stocked kitchen. We were in awe. We loved morning coffee out on the deck with the view of the mountains and ended each day with dinner on the deck as well. We stayed during a hot week of September. It was in the 90's each day. I was very concerned that the cabin did not have AC. However, we opened the windows each evening and each morning and it cooled down and stayed very comfortable (and each bedroom has a fan - which helped)We traveled from Minnesota, and are not accustomed to mountain driving, so we planned our days so that we would only make the drive in daylight. It was an intimidating drive up to the cabin - but once we got there - pure bliss! Clean, comfortable, breathtaking views. Truly a dream come true for our family. We will forever cherish the memories of our time together here."
