Just a short stroll from the renowned Burleigh Beach, this charming ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is exquisitely renovated and nestled on a serene private street, offering a tranquil retreat while remaining close to all the area's attractions.  
  
The apartment's open plan living, kitchen, and dining area is the heart of the home, seamlessly flowing onto a spacious, covered courtyard. The modern gourmet kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring a large wrap-around benchtop, high-quality appliances, and elegant brushed brass fixtures. Step outside to the expansive balcony, perfect for entertaining and enjoying the gentle coastal breezes and soothing sounds of the surf.  
  
Inside, you'll find two generously sized bedrooms. The master suite includes a beautifully renovated ensuite and a built in robe, while the second bedroom also features a built-in robe and both have access to the front courtyard. The additional fully renovated bathroom offers a shower, bathtub, and vanity, and is complemented by a convenient integrated laundry.  
  
Situated in a boutique building that includes two undercover car spaces and a private swimming pool, this apartment combines luxury with convenience. Please be aware that the Burleigh area is currently experiencing ongoing construction as part of the Gold Coast Light Rail expansion project. This work is taking place throughout Burleigh Heads and surrounding areas and may result in:

▪️ General construction activity near some properties  
  
While this is outside of our control, we want to ensure guests are fully informed prior to booking. The project is expected to enhance transport access to Burleigh once complete, but in the meantime, minor disruptions may be present.
