One House with 2 Duplexes for rent! Our home is a duplex with 2 seperate identical units: 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom each side with seperate entrance and garden. You can book each unit separately or. book the whole house for you and your family! Tucked away in a quiet street in Coomera, with lush green forest across the road. Our place is the perfect base for big travelling family or professional team who needs to come to the area for work! 👤 Guest Verification & Security Deposit Since we don’t have a front desk or on-site staff, we rely on a simple system to help care for the home and keep things running smoothly for everyone. Guest is required to complete a pre-check in form upon reservation confirmation, in the form we kindly ask for: ➤ A quick photo ID verification before arrival ➤ A $300.00 refundable damage deposit, returned within 3 days of checkout—as long as everything’s left in good shape (which it usually is!). It’s just our way of making sure the space stays lovely and ready for the next guest.
