Welcome to your Gold Coast escape at the Avani Broadbeach Residences, where light-filled interiors meet laid-back coastal living. The open-plan living area sets the tone for cosy relaxation, with a deep-cushioned navy sofa, soft woven rug, and soothing artwork. A wall-mounted TV with access to Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime Video offers easy entertainment—perfect for winding down after a swim or settling in for a movie night.  
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for holiday cooking—whether that’s a quick smoothie before the beach, a homemade lunch, or wine and cheese before hitting the town. A Nespresso machine is ready for your morning fix, and the breakfast bar is perfect for sharing a drink while chatting with the chef. Share meals at the four-seater dining table, then step out onto the east-facing balcony with ocean glimpses for a refreshing breath of sea air.  
  
The bedrooms offer a calming retreat, each with a king bed, blackout curtains, and warm lighting to set the mood for a restful night. The primary suite offers direct access to the balcony and an ensuite, while the second bedroom includes a study nook—ideal for journalling or planning your day. The main bathroom includes a walk-in rain shower and refillable, eco-conscious amenities, while a discreet laundry nook with a washer and dryer adds convenience for longer stays.  
  
Step into holiday mode with access to a range of resort-style amenities. Start your day with a workout in the gym or a few laps in the huge pool—kept at a perfect 28 degrees year-round—then stretch out on one of the very comfortable sun lounges and soak up the sunshine. Later, unwind in the spa or savour an alfresco dinner in the shared BBQ area surrounded by greenery, completing your stay in true resort style.  
  
The apartment includes lift access, secure garage parking for one vehicle, and year-round comfort thanks to central air conditioning and heating.  
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire apartment to yourselves, as well as access to the building's shared facilities including a pool, gym, spa, and BBQ area. Please make yourselves at home!  
  
Centrally located in Broadbeach, this apartment offers easy access to the Gold Coast’s top attractions. The Star Casino is just a ten-minute walk away, offering world-class dining, entertainment and nightlife, while the Convention Centre sits next door—ideal for business trips. The Oasis Shopping Centre is a six-minute stroll, perfect for boutique finds and casual bites, while Pacific Fair—home to premium retail, dining and cinemas—is a six-minute drive. Kurrawa Beach and its iconic Surf Club are a short 500 m walk, ideal for swimming or seaside dining. The area also hosts vibrant events year-round, from the Blues on Broadbeach and Groundwater festivals to Christmas celebrations. Two nearby G: link light rail stations connect you quickly to Surfers Paradise and Southport.  
  
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.  
  
Please note, the building front door closes strictly at 9pm. For check-ins after 9pm, a scheduled meet and greet is required at an additional cost of $65 (available until midnight). Unfortunately, no check-ins are available past midnight.  
  
We are passionate about sustainability and remaining kind to our environment; therefore, we do our very best to provide quality guest amenities and products that are reusable and refillable, avoiding single-use as much as possible. We have provided enough amenities for your comfort on arrival. For extended stays, it is best to stock up with extra provisions.  
  
Travel cot and high chair may be available at an added cost. Please ensure to book these items a minimum of 3 days prior to check in to assure availability.  
  
Long-term stays of 21 days or more will incur an additional deep cleaning fee of $120 as we are required to deep clean after such stays.  
  
Swimming pools and other communal facilities may occasionally close without prior notice when unexpected maintenance works are required.
