We didn’t interact with the staff as it was a one night stay and we arrived late and left early. There were no lifts and we had to carry heavy bags up a very old outdoor staircase - it seemed dangerous and very steep with heavy luggage. The carpark was virtually unusable unless you drive a mini or similar, so we parked on the street. The shower head did not stay up so showering was a pain. We wouldn’t stay again.

Upon entering our room water was coming out of floor boards and shower was leaking horribly. Couldn’t stop the leak and we couldn’t be moved to another room as there weren’t any available. We had to use our towels to line the floor so we wouldn’t get wet. Needless to say none of us slept much and all that we recieved were new towels, no refund or compensation was offered. Very disappointing and would never stay here again.

Clean, tidy room. Didn't like the smokers everywhere, especially near the pool area with kids. Noisy as room near to stairs. Need an updates in bathroom. Didn't like the charges if you need an additional towel, pillow etc.
