"We had a lovely stay at the Crooked Inn. The room was very comfortable, however, 5 hangers in the wardrobe wasn't enough for a 5 night stay for us. The only other negative was that a small set of drawers would add to the room's facilities. We had to leave a lot of items in our cases, which was a bit inconvenient and hang clothes over the back of the chairs. We fully appreciate that as this is a disabled access room, spacious areas must be available, however, there is ample space beneath the tea making shelf to put a set of drawers without blocking any space. Now to the good bit; the staff were wonderful, welcoming, friendly and happy to help. We were able to get fresh milk whenever it was needed and tea bags, loo rolls topped up on request. The food was excellent with huge portions and a choice to suit most people. The room had a very comfortable bed, a nice large tv that we didn't need binoculars to watch! Lovely clean bathroom, ample supply of towels and, of course, walk in shower with a shower mat and chair. The courtyard was very pretty and the little set of table and chairs outside our room was a lovely touch. Breakfast was ample and we were able to pick and choose whatever we fancied that morning. All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Crooked Inn and will definitely return if we visit the area again. Thank you everyone at the Inn."

"Hotel was excellent, seemingly only opened a short while. The rooms were well appointed and the gym/cafe/pool were all great. Staff were friendly and the location was good, outside the town itself but nice and quiet with walkable beaches nearby."

"We love this place. It’s friendly, happy and comfortable. The team who run it and look after you are all cheerful, happy people and you’re just made to feel welcome. The location is perfect, with, it seems, it’s own private cove to look at or walk or splash in (it’s not, of course, a private bay, but the position of the hotel makes it feel like it is). It’s a short walk to the bustle of Port Isaac, but with lovely coast walks on the doorstep too. This was our third visit and hopefully there’ll be more. Top place."

"Far better than expected, the little things like a qr code for facilities and things to do in area, biscuits, hot chocolate, peacefulness, a guest lounge with a view and a breakfast cooked and served to order, with fruit, cereals, toast, cheeses and pastries from the breakfast buffet. If you want guests to return, this is how to do it!"
