About clean room was really good but my first day has issue in the bathroom with roaches. The hotel staff resolved the issue faster. Parking services was great. Breakfast was delicious. Very good shower head. The room very spacious. In general was really good.

The place is Ok,but I thought it was better looking,it’s just okay. They put us in a room that the window view was a big building under construction,so it was a eye sore. The staff was great,the food is also excellent.

Needs more lights and a better set up

Strange set up - rooms are dark and the hotel has a strong smell of cigarettes. The resultante puts all red wines in a very cold refrigerator - I mean expensive wine.

Hotel bem localizado, boas instalações. Mas, apesar de eu ter pedido cama de casal no momento da reserva, o meu quarto tinha duas cama de solteiro. Fui até a recepção e pedi para juntarem as camas. Me disseram que não tinham funcionários para fazer isso! Era apenas 21:00h! Fiquei perplexa. Como assim um hotel não lê a observação de cama de casal no documento da reserva e ainda não se disponhe a resolver o problema!? Com certeza um erro gravíssimo! Fiquei chateada. Não sei se eu voltaria.

Minha experiência foi muito boa o hotel é super bem localizado, próximo a bons restaurantes, mercado e barzinhos, a três quadras de um shopping, e uma quadra da feira do sol, gostei bastante, a equipe de funcionários também muito solicita e agradável. Os quartos estavam limpos, só a minha porta que não fechava por dentro, mas não tive problemas pois não abria por fora. Não usei o estacionamento.

Banheiro do quarto com mancha de sujeira em frente ao vaso sanitário que permaceu por toda a estadia. Deixei toalha para ser trocada, mas simplesmente, só penduraram a toalha suja sem trocá-la. Quanto à recepção e restaurante fui bem atendida. Qualidade boa de atendimento.
