Breakfast seemed typical of Brazil, lots of bread, cakes, selection of cereals, fresh fruit, ham, cheese, then hot stuff like eggs (fried or scrambled), sausage and sweet potatoes. Tea, coffee and fruit juices. Hotel rooms basic, but functional. Comfortable bed, air-conditioned, fridge and TV. Wifi is patchy at best everywhere except reception.

O atendimento e excelente,café da manhã ótimo e limpeza eficiente! Porém apesar de ser cliente da rede Andrade a mais de 6 anos em Salvador Bahia quero ressaltar que a experiência na rede Andrade de Goiânia deixou a desejar pois não e apenas rústico mas precisa de uma reforma urgente dentro dos quartos incluindo pintura reforma de piso, iluminação e troca de móveis pois estão defasados e antigo diferente das rede Andrade salvador que dispõem de conforto e qualidade nas dependências dos quartos ! Minha crítica e construtiva e espero que a rede Andrade ofereça qualidade também na unidade de Goiânia Goiás!

um dos elevador estava estragado durante os 3 dias de estadia, o hotel estava lotado, dificultando o acesso ao apartamento. No café da manhã não há manteiga/margarina individual, apenas uma mantegueira de uso coletivo com uma margarina ruim. As toalhas de banho estão muito encardidas e não tinha cobertas para oferecer para os hóspedes.

A estrutura do hotel é antiga, mas diria que o preço poderia ser justo... todavia: * internet não funciona * um dos elevadores estragou no segundo dia, fiquei quatro, e não resolveram... foi complicado usar elevador... um momento até fui de escada pq estava sem paciência de esperar(5 andares) * o quarto não vem com cobertor, tem que pedir... um dia pedimos e não tinha.. passamos frio. * a limpeza do quarto não diria que é uma limpeza.... acabou que não deixamos nos próximos dias, pq não fez diferença... só arrumaram a cama, quarto ficou sujo e toalhas sujas. Os funcionários são educados. Em resumo, só iria em último caso.

Hospedagem e café da manhã ok, mas pra quem trabalha em home office aqui não é uma boa opção. O Wi-Fi do hotel é muito ruim e mal configurado, fica um aviso ao proprietário para evoluir a rede do hotel e adicionar uma velocidade decente com o setor de TI, o único ponto de observação é apenas esse.

Logo ao chegar fui direcionada a um quarto em que o teto do banheiro estava pingando, deixando o chão todo molhado. Precisei reclamar na recepção por 3x e somente após 1h fui realocada com meus filhos para outro quarto. Estávamos viajando há mais de 8h e eles estavam cansados, precisavam de banho e descanso. Nos encaminharam para o quarto da frente que estava sem problemas no teto, porém não tinha toalha suficiente para todos e a parede do banheiro estava quebrada. O café da manhã não estava nada bom, bolo de chocolate e de côco totalmente ruins, as massas em uma consistência horrorosa. O restante dos itens não estava com uma aparência muito boa.
