Excelente cama, chuveiro, restaurante 24h com comida boa e ótimo café da manhã. Não tem serviço de quarto e a recepção não avisou que o frigobar estava vazio antes de subirmos. Esse foi o único ponto negativo. Recomendo a hospedagem.

Começando pelo café da manhã, de modo geral ele era bastante completo e atendeu bem às nossas expectativas. O café era servido quente, havia variedade de comidas típicas e bebidas e ficamos satisfeitos nesse aspecto. O atendimento dos funcionários também foi muito agradável: todos sempre muito receptivos, educados e dispostos a nos auxiliar. O que acabou nos frustrando foram alguns problemas simples, mas que fazem diferença na experiência da hospedagem. Por exemplo, o dispenser de sabonete líquido da pia do banheiro estava vazio desde o dia em que chegamos. Entendemos que ficamos apenas dois dias hospedados e que não solicitamos serviço de quarto, porém já estávamos sem sabonete desde o primeiro dia. Outro ponto importante foi o ar-condicionado. Inicialmente pensamos que o problema pudesse ser falta de familiaridade para programá-lo, mas percebemos que o equipamento realmente não estava funcionando, aparentando falta de manutenção. Além disso, a internet praticamente não funcionava em nenhuma área do hotel. Só não ficamos totalmente sem conexão porque utilizamos nosso plano de dados móveis. O frigobar também deixou a desejar: estava vazio, sem opções de consumo no quarto, e sequer conseguiu gelar duas latas de bebida que compramos durante a estadia. Por fim, a TV oferecia poucas opções de canais e não se tratava de uma Smart TV. Como utilizamos o hotel basicamente para dormir, esse acabou não sendo um fator tão incômodo quanto os demais problemas mencionados.

Hospedagem muito boa, condizente com a categoria. Quarto amplo, limpo, confortável, mas a luz de leitura do lado esquerdo da cama não funcionava e a tranca auxiliar da porta estava quebrada. O hotel estava bem limpo, com exceção na saída de um dos elevadores do andar onde ficamos onde tinha um pão de queijo (ou algo parecido) no carpete e na nossa estadia de um dia não foi retirado. Equipe de funcionários muito educada, prestativa e solícita. Café da manhã com boa variedade e qualidade. Um reparo que faço é que é muito chato todas as vezes ter de preencher aquela ficha. Não é possível que, já que é em papel mesmo, guardar os dados dos hóspedes e imprimir a ficha já com os dados preenchidos e o hóspede apenas assinar. Serviço de manobrista e garagem excelente.
