Extremely basic room with a bed, tv, chair and a bathroom. Towels were provided but they’re rough! Breakfast buffet was lackluster. I wanted to drink a cup of herbal tea before bed but it was impossible to get any at the hotel. The restaurant at the lobby didn’t even want to provide me with a spoon when my food delivery didn’t arrive with one. I would not stay here again.

This hotel had good reviews but the truth is, good service depends on what people are used to, but this was not good service. The room wasn’t properly cleaned; I had to move the bed side table to find a plug (that was broken) and I found dirt and an old business card under it. There’s no shampoo and no hair dryer in the room. You must fill out a paper, sign it, and leave an ID at reception to borrow one. The kitchen, visible from certain angles, didn’t look clean. At breakfast, dishes were dirty, the coffee pot grimy, and the eggs watery. The reception staff didn’t make an effort to be polite, no smile, no thank you, not even when I checked out.

Quarto limpeza todos os dias, bem espaçoso e refrigerado com ar condicionado; Equipe funcionarios alguns atenciosos; Tive um incidente: a camareira pegou uma sacola que deixamos em cima da mesa, com lanches, biscoitos, pote com tampa 600ml e uma garrafa de 500ml tupperware, uma faca e garfo de cozinha, um pano de prato, todos dentro da sacolinha. Segundo a camareira jogou no luxo. Chegamos da rua, falei na recepção para dar uma olhada no lixo e tentar recuperar, caso ela tivesse jogado no lixo, mas disse que mandaria msm a governanta e nem podia dar telefone para eu ligar para agilizar. Infelizmente não obtive retorno do hotel me posicionando. Café da manhã considero bom; Estacionamento sem manobrista, porém com custo de R$40,00 a diária. Localização do hotel para compras é ótima.
