This was a lovely stay. The beds were a little too firm, but that is my only complaint. Great location, wonderful staff, comfortable room.

No ice machine and no ice from reception and when we asked for some tall glasses we were told no, we fon't have any. Then we asked for some small glasses and the hotel person demanded to see the cupboard (we showed them that a 2 bedroom apartment only had 3 small tumblers), I don't think they believed us. Then he produced 4 tall glasses.
