"Everything was good. But the day I checked out, I went out for breakfast and was going to take a nap before checking out. The battery on my door handle was dying so my card didn't work and I went back and forth (my room and reception) a lot of times to find out it was a battery problem - I had to show them a recording of the doot not working. The staff opened the door for me in the end, but it was a lot of back and forth and my room was at the far end. I didn't have time to nap in the end and there was no apology from the staff, even when I checked out. Ruined my last day. Room also not sound proofed well"

"Great pool, hot tub and sauna! Got the studio suite it was large and had a balcony. Everyone was nice and it was in a great area. Was traveling alone and I felt safe and got around town easily"

"I stayed here for 6 nights in March with my sister. I cannot fault the hotel. It is beautiful, in a fantastic position ( although be prepared for steep slopes and lots of steps if walking). So close to main attractions. We had an opera room and the view was stunning. Lovely big room with lots of amenities. The staff were all so professional and friendly ( especially the lady who stood in the foyer all day!). I would definitely stay again and highly recommend "

"This Hotel was great, we had the view of the Harbor Bridge and it was extremely quite in our room. Transportation around the area was great with Circular Quay being so close and right in the heart of everything that might interest you. "
