"Horrible customer service. Requested a non-smoking room and arrived not just to a room that had been smoked in but one that reeked of overpowering cigarette smoke even after we opened windows and doors for some time. Inquired by app and the management stated sorry that a heavy smoker had been there previously against their policy but that was it. No way to clean and deodorize during my stay and they rudely declined to refund or offer anything for the inconvenience. Forced to stay elsewhere....

"Was starting a sailing vacation and wanted a property next to marina. The VRBO app said this property was so i paid the high price to be close. When i went to map location i could not find house l. after 30 min of calling found out house was 6 miles away, not close to marina at all."

"This property is stunning! The views are incredible from every angle. Amazing outdoor space - sunny, shaded, pool, grassy area, decks, verandas. The house is clean and updated and well decorated. Bed were comfortable and plenty of space inside for our family to enjoy. We went with 3 adults and 3 kids and it was great for all the ages (7y, 9y, 11y and adults!).
