  • Come to the Cape named after a Queen NOT an Ugly Fish!! 🤣FABULOUS, quiet, dead end location! Incredible views of the Annisquam River. Wildlife, Boats, Paddle boards, Kayaks (bring yours) and Sunbathers. All seen from your private second floor deck as well as your Huge picture window! We can accommodate up to a 17’ boat on our Tidal Dock for an additional fee. Newly renovated apartment! Very comfortable Queen size bed, as well as a brand new pull out memory foam Full sleep sofa! There is a large Butcher Block counter with stools as well as kitchen table. New 40” flat screen smart TV. Owner occupied. Owners Deb Callahan and Paula Parsons are happy to suggest places to go, places to avoid, and respect your privacy! Laundry on the same floor.
    We were on VRBO for 7 years with over 52-5 Star reviews! We stopped for 2 years because of COVID and we have decided to do this again. Sadly we lost all of our reviews by taking that break! We are happy to answer any questions you may have and hope you choose our home for making a memorable vacation experience! Thank you for viewing our post!
