Ideal for outdoor activities, and there are also adequate bus connections. On the less positive side, the flat has little light, similar to a souterrain apartment, and feels a little damp. The kitchen equipment is lean and some of the installations appear cheap (e.g., the shower door does not close properly) or self-built. Die Kellerwohnung hat zwar Fenster aber der Lichteinfall ist baubedingt und wegen dem umliegenden Baumbestand sehr gering. Kurz gesagt die Wohnung ist dunkel. Die Wohnung ist feucht und kühl. Auf mehrfache Ansprache beim Vermieter die Heizung anzuschalten, wurde nicht reagiert. 1er von 2 Fernseher war über den ganzen Aufenthalt hin defekt.
