O mini mercado e lavanderia do prédio são bem equipado com valores coerente pela comodidade. Único pequeno problema foi que no quarto tivemos a falta de toalha de mão e tapete onde avisamos para uma possível solução e não obtivemos resposta, porém não afetou nossa estadia pois estávamos preparados. The reception staff were friendly and made me feel welcome right from the start. I visited in May during the low season, which allowed for a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. "Nossa satisfação começou na recepção pela Glaucia e pelo Fabio, fomos muito bem atendidos e recepcionados de forma muito especial como se já fossemos conhecidos. No restaurante não foi diferente, tivemos sugestões de pratos excelentes pelo Vinicius e também muito bem atendido pelo Lucas. No café da manhã, a Kelly nos ajudou muito e com muita dedicação, principalmente pelas restrições alimentares da minha esposa. Também no checkout, fomos muito bem atendidos pelo recepcionistas. Enfim, jun dos melhores hotéis que já tivemos o privilégio de nos hospedar. Obrigado pela dedicação e experiência."
