"In door pool was pretty cool but it was cold. The game room was nice but expensive. Food was great but again expensive. The actual hotel Rooms look like they are stuck in 1996 BUT they are very clean and no vermin of any sort. Fresh towels were offered daily if needed. Ocean front view was amazing I could watch the ocean waves, the beach walkers and tv all from the comfort of my bed. "

"Room - very clean and have kitchen Pool - indoor pool with slide was very good for kids. Outdoor pool and plash park was not open during the spring of 2026. Movie theater - every night is a movie night and the theater has a very good recliner sofa seat. The resort itself is located in very prime location, there is an outlet mall just in front of the resort and there are many restaurants close by. Also beach and broad walk is just 5 mins drive. "

"Love this place — we use it all the time now and it’s become one of our favorites. It feels safe with the fence all the way around and the gate at the entrance. The rooms are always clean. We also like the location — shopping is nearby, Ocean City is close, and Assateague is nearby too. Very convenient and one of our go-to places to stay."
