I went back to front desk only to be told those rooms were sold out and there was nothing they could do. I checked online and saw a room with a Jacuzzi and when I questioned them they agreed to change my room. Then when I went to the room it was very dirty. Hair all over the bathroom floor, the floor was dirty and the bedside table tops were dirty."
