Great amenities-free beach chairs, bicycles, water bottles, beach towels, pool, coin-operated laundry (just remember to bring quarters/$5 per load). Coffee bar all day! Location is fantastic-Boardwalk access until 10 pm (you can easily come in through the back door afterward). Love this hotel!

Park Place Hotel has a very helpful and professional staff. My family and I enjoyed the outdoor bar (The Coconut Club), the clear view of the beach and the boardwalk. The amenities were also a great attraction to add to our experience. However, the flooring, bathroom and bedding wasn’t the greatest. We struggled with having a comfortable rest especially the signed.

This was our second stay at The Park Hotel. There is a good amount of free parking on site. The staff is friendly and responsive. We love the fact that you can get towels for the beach and a couple of free beach chairs, so you can pack lighter. You can rent a sturdy umbrella that is placed wherever you want to sit. The hotel is quiet, yet has access to all the action you would like!

Beautiful beach view and easily accessible, as is the boardwalk with miles of shops and places to eat, it had a carnival, or NY state fair busy atmosphere lots of fun if thats what you are looking for in a vacation. If you are looking for a quiet vacation this is not the spot.

We took a family of 5 for just the weekend. The room overall was good but the fridge for sure needs replaced. It leaked and was all broken and cracked on the inside, the toilet also had lots of cracks at the base that were clearly just puddied. You can tell updating has not been done in awhile and attention to detail is not a super focus. It was not a disgusting rundown hotel so we were overall pleased plus the view from the ocean side is magnificent. I was a little let down that for almost $700 per night it was not more extravagant but we did go at the peak of summer so im sure that had alot to do with price. We liked that they had a few dishes in the kitchenette area (plastic plates, bowls, spoons and forks) The staff was very pleasant and helpful and we loved the pool. Also make sure the safe has working batteries
