The building and rooms were nice and clean. The location is amazing. The only downside is the parking. The spaces are VERY narrow so it is hard getting in and out of cars, especially when people park on the line.

Heads up, the beach front rooms have a bar under the balconies that play music from 12pm-10pm. Kind of wish they would say that when booking; we would've much preferred to book a different room. Other than that, it was a great stay; staff, coffee station, and location were all great.

The hotel is in a great location, just a few blocks from the inlet and right on the beach. The use of the 2 free beach chairs were a huge plus so we didn't have to lug our chairs down. The room didn't seem to cool off and felt muggy the whole time. Overall the place was clean and we enjoyed our stay!

The hotel was very close to the beach and only a few minutes walk to the inlet. It has lots of accommodations like a pool, outdoor bar with plenty of seating area and easy access to the boardwalk. The staff was very helpful getting us checked in and even with an extra night of stay.

Clean rooms, nice ocean view. Quick response when our TV was not working right. Had to put a security deposit on room even when room was paid for, paid for parking which I did not think that was right other motels do not charge for parking.

The Good: Location, free bike rental, staff, check-in/checkout, hallway cleanliness, room cleanliness, room bowls plates and utensils Not so good: Small parking spaces-my wife had to exit vehicle before actually parking, loud vibrating ac unit-I had to remove a hanging picture above the ac unit to stop the vibration noise caused by the ac, adjoining room noise-our room had a door to an adjacent room which we kept locked however we easily were able to hear the other room’s tv and conversations and I’m assuming they could hear ours😳. However, we would absolutely stay here again.

My family and I appreciate how close this hotel is to the beach; the beach view is phenomenal. It is very convenient to get there, and the hotel offers beach chairs and towels. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are tidy and well-maintained. The complimentary hot coffee is great; thanks for that. However, the only thing I dislike is that there was no kids' channel on the TV channels. In general, I definitely recommend Park Place as a place to stay.

Great amenities-free beach chairs, bicycles, water bottles, beach towels, pool, coin-operated laundry (just remember to bring quarters/$5 per load). Coffee bar all day! Location is fantastic-Boardwalk access until 10 pm (you can easily come in through the back door afterward). Love this hotel!
