A one night visit to Perth was very well facilitated by the Sunbank House Hotel. Information sent to us in advance allowed us to plan our visit and thoroughly enjoy our stay.
Location: on the Eastern bank of the Tay less than 15 minutes walk into the heart of Perth. There are 2 options - the path beside the Tay Viaduct or the roadway over South St bridge.
Hospitality: outstanding from the moment we arrived and parked in the on-site spaces to the fantastic breakfast (best kipper in years!)

From the moment we stepped inside the door, we knew we had made the right choice in choosing this hotel. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the décor is modern and cosy, and the staff are lovely.
Check in was simple and straightforward.
We stayed in 'Oak' which overlooks the front of the building. The king room is spacious, with a lovely en suite shower room. We were delighted to find some tasty snacks, bottled water, and tea and coffee to enjoy. The room was warm, the bed was so...

I was on a business trip and specifically booked the Townhouse on the back of the highly positive online reviews. I wasn't disappointed. From the perfectly-toned welcome from David onwards, I was thoroughly impressed. There are 5 rooms and I was staying in one of the smaller rooms at the top. It was lovely: extremely clean, well designed and furnished throughout, very comfortable bed and lots of extras, such as the fruit, shortbread, proper coffee etc. Breakfast was exceptional and, overall, the...

Was curious about Andy Murray's investment in a country hotel. But as I drove up the private road you could see why. It's a lovely secluded residence. It was a relatively quiet night I stayed at with maybe 33-50% occupancy, and I was given a nice upgrade. The fixtures and fittings were extremely high tier, mixed with antique/period pieces. Among other things I had a lovely writing desk looking out to the grounds which would no doubt be a lovely and inspirational place to pen some thoughts or a...

booked as an overnight stay as we returned back home after a holiday on Skye, a great hotel with really friendly efficient staff everywhere, nothing was too much trouble for anyone - loved the welcoming warm chocolate brownies on arrival.

We had a lovely warm welcome and the room and amenities were fantastic. The food was good in the hotel, just a shame the bar wasn't open separately. However the room was really comfortable and clean with nice coffee!

Brilliant stay at The Tower, would highly recommend.
Check in was easy and the gentleman who checked me in showed me to my room, offered to take my bags, and explained everything in detail. Very well mannered and a credit to your hotel!
Room was beautiful, tastefully decorated, and the kitchenette set up was a welcome surprise. It was a very comfortable room to stay in.

Very well run city/town centre hotel. Very clean, great central location, good breakfast and nice restaurant & bar. The only negative was the lack of free parking spaces for hotel residents (only 6). Although there is an inexpensive pay & display car park at the rear of the hotel, with access to the hotel.

This hotel is currently being totally refurbishment. The second floor rooms are extremely spacious and well presented. Comfortable bed. There was no fridge or ironing board in the room. These were brought up immediately by the super helpful staff
