"A wonderful stay at the Canal Court Hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which is always a bonus when you're travelling with a toddler. Our room was large and clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was just right, with a good mix of continental options and cooked breakfast made to order. The bar had a lovely relaxed atmosphere on Sunday night, with good live music and plenty of space to sit and relax."

"Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Beds are exceptionally comfortable, I kept on sleeping throughout the day and night. Unfortunately, didn’t get to watch the football on the tv as was waiting for the supervisor to come off his break but ended up sleeping, so was probably best and wifi was good enough to watch the more interesting match on my phone."

The front desk was extremely helpful in finding us another room as the first one didn’t meet our requirements. It obviously is very popular/busy as a consequence it’s looking a little tired and worn. It could use some minor maintenance-eg paint, cleaning the grout in the showers, etc. We would definitely stay at the hotel again."
