Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa

"The Grand Hyatt Kauai is an excellent pick for this island. It is a beautiful hotel right by the beach and has several great pools, a lazy river, a waterslide and a saltwater lagoon. The hotel staff was very friendly. The spa was beautiful as well. The hotel may get crowded when the schools are on holidays because the hotel is kid-friendly but the week we were there, it was not too crowded nor too isolated. Just right. My favorite part of the hotel was the Seaview Terrace which is a café/restaurant with a beautiful ocean view and both indoor and outdoor seating. They had live music and a singer almost every night during dinner time. It was very enjoyable and a great experience."

"Great location, wonderful views, clean spaces, comfy beds. The lanai had amazing morning sunrises and a lovely breeze. Access the adjacent properties was great including the trail and lava arch. Pool was refreshing and communications were timely and helpful. Mahalo!"

"We (3 families) had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property very close to Poipu beach and surrounding areas. The only issue we had was the pool did not look like the pictures posted, it was older, dirtier and the lights at night did not work. But otherwise no issues!"
