"The property itself is beautiful and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are definitely aging and we could only get lukewarm water. The smart bidet did not work at all. Absolutely not worth what we were charged, but we made the best of it as it was a local getaway for dinner and a night out."

"First time here and great place to stay. Came with my wife and four kids. Kids loved the pool, the grill was great and awesome outdoor area with gorgeous views. Room was just remodeled, great kitchen and two nice rooms. Would definitely stay again. Easy check in and plenty of parking. Great location. Close to many stores."

"Absolutely Phenomenal resort! I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and they went above and beyond making my trip special! I even saw dolphins from our hotel room with an epic view of the ocean. I could not have asked for a better gift! We used the adults only pool, ate a couple of meals at the small restaurant on site, walked to the beach (so close), rented snorkel gear. We didn’t get a chance to use the transportation they offered to go to local spots, because we had our own car, but loved that they had that. Free parking too, that was wonderful! Tori was very sweet, helpful with great communication. Making my stay just perfect. I didn’t get a chance to get a spa treatment but I’m sure that would have been heavenly too Very grateful and will highly recommend Koloa Landing Resort!"

"We (3 families) had a wonderful vacation at this beautiful property very close to Poipu beach and surrounding areas. The only issue we had was the pool did not look like the pictures posted, it was older, dirtier and the lights at night did not work. But otherwise no issues!"

"This is a beautiful very clean unit with spectacular full window / balcony views of the ocean. We went with friends and having the split plan bedrooms with their own bathrooms was ideal. Very comfortable beds of which we forgot to look under the mattress cover to see the brand! LOL Plenty of white fluffy bath towels and black makeup towels which was also smart. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed and having it open to the family room/dining was great too so you can be part of the group while cooking and taking in the ocean views. There were two coffee makers, one with a pot and one that takes pods which was nice. Another nice bonus was having the beach chairs, buggy and beach towels. The only thing you should know is there is "no" air conditioning so you need to be comfortable with just opening the windows and turning on their vertical fans they provided. It took a day or two to adapt but then we were fine. :-) The host was terrific with communication and accommodating our needs quickly. We will certainly rent this unit again! Thank you Alekona Kauai!"
