"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. So if there’s more than one person staying and someone left and the other stayed, the other was locked in basically. "Only down side was the lift begins on the first floor. Limited mobility would struggle. Staff friendly and professional. The rooms although small were very clean with sufficient facilities available such as hairdryer and shampoos etc. The wine festival is fabulous and draws quite a crowd. Cochem is a gem and a must visit when in Germany. Coffe shops, cafes and live music. Great time had by all."

"I am so glad i stayed there. We had the Honeymoon suite. Extremely clean. The staf were so warm and accommodating, i really did not expect it as i had seen and heard horror stories about Frankfurt. My experience was the complete opposite. The use of the airport transfwr was fanastic back n forth to the airport even if we were just going their for ranom things or to get the coach into the city centre. I would highly recommend thia hotel and the food was great (from a black brit)."
