This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)

Clean and modern room and bathroom. Outstanding panoramic view of Milan overlooking Duomo that is only half a mile away. Same view during breakfast or dinner. Highly recommended.

The Art Collection was actually very good. The place could use some attention to detail in terms of maintenance given that is is not inexpensive. Several details and things were not very clean or were not working.
