"Ok so there are two different buildings for this hotel and you will have totally different experiences depending on if you are in the from historic building with elegant rooms and facing the castle or if you have to go all the way to the back to that scary ugly building that in no way feels like you are in Brugge. Good luck we where first put in back and I went to desk and asked and they put us in main building with gorgeous room and perfect view of castle from our window. "

"The hotel was in a great location, close to St Michael's Bridge and also had parking. The parking was secure but quite expensive. The building was really beautiful as it was an old monastery. We did not have breakfast as it was quite expensive, but there was a lovely cafe at the end of the road. The staff in the hotel were really friendly and helpful, my partner injured his foot and they helped with ice packs and there was a pharmacy around the corner. The rooms were spotless and beds were comfortable. Very peacful despite location."
