"WOW! We felt like we were staying in a Museum. The building itself was overwhelmingly beautiful. The rooms were well appointed. A piano player plays nightly in the salon and he is wonderful and such a great way to unwind in the evening with a glass of wine. The concierge arranged bicycle rental for us which was a fun way to ride around dusseldorf and get a little farther out of the aldstadt. The location was perfect for walking to aldstadt and riverfront and the konigstrasse. We would definitely stay there again. Super quiet at night. Slept like a baby! Staff was on top of things from check in and housekeeping and the concierge. Keep up the great work."

"Wonderful location and lovely spacious and clean room. Staff friendly. Communication wasn’t always timely through the Expedia app messaging, but very helpful when they eventually answered.
