Michael was an excellent host. He was very helpful with all our questions and requests for recommendations. The homemade meal provided on our first day was a lovely gesture. We had a very good holiday at the villa.

I spent 2 nights at Menta City hotel with my husband and 2 teenage children in Aug 2024. Our room was clean and spacious. The roof top breakfast was delicious, with stunning views. The walk to the old town was around 15 minutes. We loved the restaurants and browsing the many shops.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Casa Dei Delfini. The building has been beautifully renovated by the owners and was very easy to find from the instructions given. It is located in a pedestrian area which is very quiet and very typical of Old Town Rethymno, and a few minutes walk away from all local amenities and sites. Located in the centre of the historic region. Close to all you would like to see especially on a first visit. Hotel itself small and quirky, unusually and interestingly decorated. Breakfast on the terrace a highlight with fresh local produce.Staff attentive and helpful. Special mention for Evie and Johnny who made our visit all the more enjoyable with information and assistance on things to do and see. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Charming leafy interior dining area is so peaceful. A unique and comfortable small hotel in the heart of the town.

This hotel could easily be a 4 Star. Free parking and only 2-3 km away from town. Hotel also offers a free shuttle to the town until midnight. Eva was outstanding every morning as she welcomed us with a smile on her face and very polite. Lady at reception was also very helpful, overall all the staff try their best to provide you best service. I enjoyed my stay and will be visiting Chania again and most probably stay in the same hotel. Fitness centre need attention as not everything is maintained...

We absolutely loved our stay here, right in the centre of the old town. The location was brilliant, lots of restaurants and shops all just steps away. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need for a few nights stay in the town. The host was always contactable and was really helpful when arranging checkin, and generally just making sure we were happy and everything was good (which it was!) I'd highly recommend this place to anyone, but worth noting there is 2 flights of stairs...

This hotel is perfect for a quiet, luxurious getaway. Everything is very modern and clean, the staff are so lovely and go to such lengths to make your stay as comfortable and lovely as possible. The grounds are so beautiful, the pools are lovely, the sunbeds are very comfortable, and you are literally on the beach front. The wifi is probably the only thing which could be improved, so this is not a place you can work from. But the perfect place to switch off, relax and unwind.

What an absolute wonderful stay at the Theartemis Palace - Such lovely staff through out the building - especially Marianna/Sofia who was working the pool side most days - Nothing was ever a problem and she was incredibly friendly. Beautiful peaceful hotel, and yet in the middle of all of the best of Old Town, literally restaurants and bars everywhere with huge cross section of prices. Our favorite Castello a couple of minutes away All staff very helpful and courteous at all times. Eleani on reception always will go the extra mile for you. My only criticism is that room 10 was rather dark .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Its location is truly ideal: centrally located in the old town, yet remarkably quiet. The neighborhood is vibrant, with numerous restaurants, cafes, and shops within easy walking distance. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our experience.

This is our 2nd visit here and we have booked again for Easter. Absolutely love this place it’s ideally situated for central Chania and just a few metres from the buzz of the harbour. The rooms are lovely and well equipped and the bed is so comfortable, bathroom perfect and very clean and housekeeping every day. You have to walk a short way to their sister hotel for breakfast but all adds to the ambience. The breakfasts are fab with lots of choice. The only tiny issue is that there is no lift...

Incredible hotel which we’d recommend wholeheartedly! Hotel staff went out of their way to offer the warmest Greek welcome and first class service, especially Apostolos, Renata, Anna-Maria and the other young man who served breakfast. Hotel is beautifully decorated, with stunning sea view rooms and a wonderful roof terrace. Delightful breakfast with plenty of local treats to sample. Very close to both ports and right in the centre, but quiet. We hope we’ll be back! Efharisto poli!

This is a truly charming hotel, in a great location. The service was so so welcoming it gave us the best start to our holiday in Crete. The staff recommended great local food and the breakfast was just wonderful. I am so glad we went there. We will definitely be going back.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The manager noticed that my birthday was 2 days prior to my arrival, and to my complete surprise, arranged for a cake and an iced bottle of Prosecco to be delivered to my room. A lovely generous, gesture, and such a rarity in today's commercial climate. The facilities were all of an excellent standard, but it's the friendly atmosphere that really sets this hotel apart.
