  • We have been 5 star hosts since 2018. Just a short commute from Denver to enjoy lakeside living with spectacular views & amazing wildlife viewing! This home features rustic charm with modern conveniences so that your mtn vacation is easy and comfortable. Granite counters & SS appliances, heated floors & 2 car garage. Great hot tub on the water's edge with a large sunny deck to enjoy the breath-taking setting from. Includes BBQ grill, endless miles of nearby trails to ski, hike, bike or 4 wheel, satellite TV, WIFI, one small adult or kid kayak, one full-size kayak, two paddle boards and a rowboat, or bring your own non-motorized equipment. Only 12 mins. to the charming town of Nederland & just 15 minutes to ski Eldora! 45 minutes to Boulder or Denver.
