It features a bright and open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. There are four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a work area with hi speed internet. The master bedroom, en suite, second bedroom and a second full bathroom are located on the second floor. There are two additional bedrooms, a full bathroom and laundry on the first floor. Guest access Check in 3:00 pm Check out 11:00 am Minimum age for booking is 25 years or older and staying at the property. All guests must be listed on the reservation and familiar with house rules. The property will only accommodate the number of guests specified in the booking confirmation. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed at the property. Events, Parties, Commercial Photography and Videography Policy Parties and events are prohibited, regardless of size. Guests should not participate in film or photography for commercial use or profit without documented permission from the host. A long and winding road up through the aspens and evergreens to this amazing two story retreat. Great for a group or family as plenty of beds and bathrooms. Big kitchen, well-stocked with everything you need. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood so you can sit outdoors and read or enjoy the scenery. Maria was great, helping us with any questions that came up.
