The hotel check-in staff were lovely and helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. The Wi-Fi was excellent, and the air conditioner actually worked in stark contrast to some of the other hotels where I had stayed in the nearby area. I recommend this Hotel and I would stay again. I also want to note that the pesto pasta at the restaurant within the hotel was the best that I had had in the entire Liguria region.

Located in the centre of the Old Port area, we found it an excellent base from which to explore the city as well as to get to the railway station for trips to Portofino and the Cinque Terre. We enjoyed being surrounded by the luxurious boats moored alongside - not to mention the galleon! Our one criticism was of breakfast, which was hugely overpriced. The buffet offering was good - fresh, plentiful and varied - but wasn't worth Euros 28.90 per person.

Location, rooms, and staff are very helpful, excellent. Parking essential if you have a car HOWEVER, if you have something larger than a Fiat 500 or Panda, the garage is going to be beyond tight. Fills up on weekends.

The room was clean and large air conditioned and the largest t v in italy.Great enjoyed.We'll come back again.The breakfast buffet was awesome.You could order your own omelets.Because the mushy eggs might not be for you.Also, the pillows in the bed were superb.I wanna buy a pillow for a hundred euros.Great stay please book it
