Rather noisy. Lobby is too small. Cars are queuing during drop off and pick-up, there is only one lane. TV does not work well.

Best location, near factory outlet and other happening cafe.

My wife and I like everything about the hotel. However, we noticed the towels quite old but nice smell though. Also the air con not so cold. Whateve it is, we plan to return to the hotel.

Close to Indah plaza, Massage was excellent in the room. But they need more English speaking staff. Room deco is in modern style.

Well maintain and clean. Friendly staff. Good view over the city and near to many good amenities that can easily access by foot.

Security is tight which is good. The room (1417) I stayed is newly renovated, but unable to use the handheld shower head (no water flowing out), therefore only can use the rain shower head. Not able to access to my room on the last day before check out time, even after the reception hand over me ...

Location is good. Istana Plaza Mall about 700 m to go if like to eat at mall nearby or Bandung Indah Plaza Mall less than 1km. The breakfast is nice and staff quite efficient. The only bad experience is after long trip and decided to eat at hotel restaurant. The mee gorang is not hot at all when ...
