Room is clean, bed is comfortable, water heater and air-con is working fine. Tv channels has many selection but i am not able to switch off the indonesia auto audio translating which come after english, all function has been search and change to english only but to no avail. Receptionist staff who works on working hour have a good attitude than midnight staff. The room powerpoint is different with Singapore. It has only 2 holes. When contact receptionist, i was told that they ran out of the converter as many guests have borrowed first. I would like to compliment security guard for their good service and attitude. It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were excellent. Very friendly and very helpful. All the staff were very jovial. Breakfast was not very good though. Should have some pastries. Not everybody eats beef so there should be less beef.
