The staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the air condition were effective. The beds however left something to be desired, thin mattresses, especially for the extra bed we paid for, very rickety, it even collapsed if someone sat at the wrong side of it.

Very nice staff, very good breakfast, close to everything in Old Town. We stayed on 4th floor, the room was spacious but had poor ventilation, unless you had a window open. And being close to everything, that means some noice during night and early in the morning Due to location and price I would recommend this hotel, but would choose a better ventilated room.

The location is brilliant. Wonderful welcome by the staff for our one week stay. On the 2nd floor our room overlooked a roof terrace to which we had access and its nice seats and flowers. A comfortable bed in a decent sized well fitted room. 5 stars so far. Down sides. Only enough tea and coffee for 3 days. Great if you are there for a weekend but not a week. The sign says room cleaned every 2 to 3 days, on day 4 had to ask for the towels to be changed. This was done but bed not even straightened and tea coffee left empty. The room could be noisy from the terrace especialy around 6am when hotel staff had their cigarettes. We would stay again YES, now we know the pitfalls đŸ€”

Nice hotel stay

It is a very cozy hotel, fantastically located in the middle of Old Town, close to both museums and other attractions. Breakfasts were always fresh with a satisfactory variety of food.
