Better value elsewhere
Not as good as it looked on paper. Rooms fine and comfortable but things starting to go wrong, doors not closing, window jams on curtain, inside of fridge not fitting. Pool small and cramped, sauna more so. Breakfast overpriced, parking is daylight robbery. Far better value hotels in neigbourhood.

nice hotel, near old town, some minor issues
stayed with young family, nice hotel, nice room, would stay again, 2 things that the hotel should review: 1) in the kids play room, no electrical socket protection, so young kids can stick fingers, mouth etc on live sockets. 2) the swimming pool tiles are lethal, i slipped, my kids slipped, while walking, my child actually had a bad fall, all the tiles around the pool are not non slip as far as i can see. also the little slippers they give you to walk to the pool, there should be signs stating dont wear them in pool area, as they only add to the slipping problem. so just some safteyu issues to work on

Dear Guest,Thank you for your opinion.We have non slippery floor all around swimming pool area, which needed to ensure high technical standards.However, after your comment we ordered the signs to inform about wet floor.I hope yto see you again in Hotel Sadova.

The staff was nice. The check-in was perfect, and with an extended check out, everything went perfectly well. The only thing to criticize is the food. It is not good compared to the restaurants around. This only applies for dinner. Breakfast is nice

Really delicious breakfast
Really nice hotel with fabulous choice for breakfast. Having dressing gowns and slippers in the room was a nice touch. Good location and within walking distance of all the sights. Reception staff very helpful. Would recommend.

Walls er pretty tynn and you can hear almoust everything from the room next to you. If you have a noise neighboor who stay opp later in the evenning it will be difficult to sleep. Sauna is small... Max 3 pers and the swimmingpool is only 1.2m high. Breakfast is great and enough for en good start of day.

Great hotel
The hotel is a five minute walk from the centre. The swimming pool is a good size, a little cool when you get in but once you have completed a couple of lengths it is a very good temperature. Special Mention for Karolina who was very helpful at check-in and check-out day

Nice hotel
Went as a family Enjoyed our stay overall. Check in in the evening was rather poor as the two gentleman on reception were not very helpful and did not give us any information at all except that our rooms were on the third floor. However the ladies on receptin during the day time were very helpful. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. We did not realise how small the rooms were going to be but overall they were adequate. Unfortunately the cleaning staff kept fogetting to replenish the tea and coffee in the rooms sowe had to keep asking reception for it. Pool area was nice. Would stay here again if we visit Gdansk

Very nice hotel, very reasonable price. Pool and sauna were excellent. Only toiletries provided were soap. I would have appreciated some more complimentary toiletries such as conditioner and lotion after a long time traveling.

Visited this hotel 3 times, lovely clean accommodation, amazing breakfast and lovely pool and gym facilities. Only negative on this trip was the quality of the towels, perhaps it’s time for some new ones. Otherwise amazing as always.

SPA treatments not recommended
The hotel is good, and have a nice location. The SPA services is not that good. Orders masasje for two people, but we are sure that one of the masasje teraputes did not have much experience, and we where not informed. Verry superficial masasje and to little strength. The masje therapists also talked a lot between them during the treatment, which was anoying. At one time they "duted each other" for fun, and i could feel that the terapist was not focused on giving a masasje. The hotel is good, and have a nice location. The SPA services is not that good. Brilliant hotel!
This is an fabulous hotel. I stayed here with my partner and kids aged 5 and 8. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the room was excellent, spacious, clean and comfy. Breakfast was great and we ate some snacks in the hotel bar a few times as well.Its easy walking distance to the centre and tram line which is easy to use and Id recommend for getting to the central station ( a visit to Sopot is a must!) I only wish I had longer to make the most of the swish looking cider bar they have!!

Great location just a couple of blocks from main tourist insanity — so convenient not overwhelmed. It’s a newish, large hotel that attracts tour groups, but it still manages to seem relaxed and not overrun. I spent four nights in early August — probably one of the busiest times of the year — and never felt crowded or stressed at breakfast or any other interaction. I would definitely stay here again.

Modern, friendly, convenient
Good location just on edge of old town, about 5 mins walk from marina and 10 mins from the Crane. Very nice hotel, only built in 2016, stylish and modern. Staff very good and helpful, excellent English! Gdansk beautiful town make sure you visit Sopot beach winter or summer!

Great for business not couple trip
Problems clogged shower, hole in wal,l overall poor cleaning, uncomfortable bed. Big plus location and reception people which were v helpfull. For that price though i think you can get better place to stay in Gdansk. City fabulous.
