"First I was worried Becuase on the add it said no front desk so after calling they didn’t answer.
We went anyway they DO have a desk and the host is AMAZING.
So friendly helpful and helped me with bags upstairs! He recommended good places for us and made sure we ate breakfasts 100% recommend "
"We stayed here for one night with breakfast. Sitting in the evening outside with candlelight, listen to the frogs in the water bassin, hear the owls in the trees around the park. We spent a beautiful night there. Comfortable rooms, lovely decorated. Beautiful park, arranged with a lot of old and tall trees. Adele told us a lot about the house's and the family's history, made a great brekfast at the terrace and gave us the feeling of coming home. The villa is a 100% proposal for those who love...
"Upon arriving at the Parma train station, I took the number 6 bus to the hotel. The hotel is conveniently located near the golf course, which is easily accessible on foot. Just a stone's throw away from the hotel, you'll find a fantastic restaurant "L'Osteria di Massimiliano Rossi" that I strongly recommend. The Hotel is more than confortable and the staff is so nice and friendly, You will find like home."
"Nice places if you get a floor 01 room, really cool historic building everything is well kept. Breakfast was spot on had dinner one evening and that was great too."
"The property needs some improvement, especially on the bathroom side, and thee swimming pool even if 'fit for purpose' would need extra care; breakfast is particularly poor even if it is appreciated serving homemade cakes alongside croissants - improvements are needed in the egg preparation and related.
With such improvements the property could certainly become a 3***Plus and be the better one around."

"The hotel was exceptional, with high quality finishes, bed linen etc.
Excellent breakfast. They kindly upgraded our room.
Approx 10 -15 min walk into centre. Local area not great.
Good secure parking inside grounds and underground.
Nice grounds but be prepared with insect repellent. Could be utilised more and maybe add jacuzzi or similar.
