Best Western Plaza Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Location was great"

Glenstone Lodge

8/10 Good

"Value-for-money stay that is a little older and rough at the edges. You can park here and walk to the main street, since the main street has $20 parking. If your plan is to be out and about in Gatlinburg or the Smokies, and only return to sleep, this is a great budget stay. If you plan to spend a lot of time in the resort, I would spend a little more money and pick a nicer one."

Econo Lodge Pigeon Forge Riverside

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel is very nice looking outside and well maintained. Benches along the water that is full of beautiful ducks and geese. The rooms are extra nice and have just been updated. Loved the free breakfast! It's not just fruit. It is a full breakfast buffet with sausage, eggs, biscuits, gravy, bagels, cereal, fruit, and yogurt. Several different juices, coffee, or milk to drink. And a very nice dining area. This will definitely be our "go to" place from now on!"

Park Tower Inn

8/10 Good

"It really feels more of like a dorm room that just gets the job done. Many of the floors have a pot odor, elevator buttons are broken, elevators are out of commission, main pool was ice cold (however the lazy river and hot tub were nice), all tubes were deflated, ceilings caving in here and there, people arguing over balconies, no phone (so I am assuming that the pounding on random doors at 6:45a, 7:00a, etc in the morning are their wakeup calls- which wakes others up too) room service only emptied trash with a 3 day stay, our keycards didnt work once we got to our room - we were told it may take 10 minutes to activate our room cards. Random doors left open to ventilate the place, our balcony view was a parking lot and trees (so dont fall for the pictures), the beds felt old, very worn. In a queen room we could feel the springs in one of the mattresses. However, overall MY KIDS were none the wiser. The lazy river was unique to them and they had a ball just swimming in it every night. The pool hours were a huge plus and we were able to get to the pool every night. The breakfast was good. The beds were BUG FREE. The place is EXTREMELY affordable and in a good location. I know my kids are going to remember the pool in this place, not all the other things that us adults would notice above. Dont regret that we stayed here. It was a good time overall."
