Family Fall Break

Absolutely loved this place! It was perfect for our stay and very accommodating for 5 Adults and could easily have space for more. Clean and close to everything but also able to avoid traffic.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Communication with host was perfect, her check- in instructions were perfect and all photos matched exactely. Kitchen had every single thing you needed for a weekend stay or longer. Even down to the amount of dishwasher & laundry pods, super thoughtful! Showers had automatic dispensers for shampoo, etc., if you didn’t pack your own. Towels plentiful. We traveled with another couple and we had the on suite- that bedroom is like bat cave, my very hardworking husband appreciated that immensely as it was DARK. Other rooms had a lil screened in patio, nice touches and condo itself! The November decor was really a special touch also. Next to Ober Mountain, 2 lil convenience stores that delivered pizza, we didn’t have but available. 3 miles to Downtown. A 25/uber on a Saturday night at 9:30. Hey, we were safe! A perfect unit for all your needs.

We had a great time! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge and it was easy to get to. The condo was great for for our 4 adults and we had fun playing all the games and relaxing.

Spacious and accommodating

This unit has a lot of room for both sleeping and hanging out with each other. The owner has stocked it with just the right amount of accommodations and decorations, to be useful and festive, without being cluttered. Beautiful location—easy drives to the national park, to Gatlinburg and more!

Quiet Getaway

We needed a place to spend a few days in Gatlinburg with a friend and this was perfect! The condo was very large and well stocked. Communication with the host was excellent as well. It was a short drive to the strip in Gatlinburg but was far enough away to be very quiet! We would absolutely stay there again! Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful Stay!!

Clean, spacious, well-stocked! This condo is perfect for a family. We enjoyed having plenty of space to relax and everything was so clean. The decorations made the condo feel cozy and cheerful. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch drinking coffee. Awesome place!

Quick weekend getaway for friends wedding

Very nice apartment, accurate description, great, fast communication. Far enough away for privacy yet close enough to drive down into town easily. Clean, had everything we needed. Only thing I would have changed was how dark it was inside, brighter lighting. Would stay again!

Well equipped and clean chalet. Had everything we needed. Convenient location for every event on our schedule. Ober sky tram is walking distance from the chalet. Very beautiful scenic view on the sky tram ride at night!

Nice stay

We enjoyed a nice stay! Commutation was very good with the owners and the condo was spotless. The condo is larger than it appears in the pictures and has a nice layout. The drive up the mountain is step at times which wasn’t something I was used to. We saw bears each time we went up or down the mountain was great!

Fall break with the grands

The property was easy to find and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and our family enjoyed the board games. We had three adults and two kids so the sleeping arrangements were perfect with the two twin beds. Our stay was too short. Would have loved to spend another couple of days to explore the local area more. Perhaps next year.

The condo was so cute and clean. Plenty of room for our family of 5. There was an issue with the clubhouse pass missing but the property manger communicated with us while there.

Amazing Family Getaway

This place was nothing short of awesome! Perfect location for both Snow activities and visiting the town. Plenty of room for the whole family to stretch out and enjoy. Next time we will try to eat in more great kitchen fully stocked. Host was very responsive and nice. Only issue is the water heater, only enough for two showers. We will stay again!

Fun for the whole family

We truly enjoyed our stay. The owners are some of the kindest people I've ever spoken to. The condo is in a perfect location. Right at the top of the mountain but close to town. We even had a few bear sightings. The property was spotless and we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The kids really enjoyed the pool and hanging out in the enclosed porch. We're already planning our next trip and would definitely stay here again!

Ski trip to Gatlinburg

Very close to Ober Gatlinburg. Was a great location to get up to the mountain first thing in the morning. And also only about 10 mins into downtown Gatlinburg. Great location. Everything was nice and clean. Owner was very quickly responsive to any questions I had. Great experience

Amazing Views and Location

The views were amazing. The place was very clean and spacious. We never went to the clubhouse by no faultof anyone but our own, so I cant review that. So peaceful and the owners were responsive and honest. I would definitely recommend this place to any family looking to be away from yhe hustle and bustle of downtown, but close enough to get there under 20 minutes.

Ski weekend getaway

Location was perfect to Ober Mountain. An eaay walk, but it is uphill. Hostess was very friendly and helpful. Very spacious living areas and rooms. Well-stocked kitchen with popcorn, oatmeal, coffees and teas for guests. Fireplace was nice during the chilly nights. Comfortable beds and pillows! Overall, a great stay and condo!

Lost time due to darkness in master bedroom. That was good and bad. Only problem of location was being on the third floor. Very relaxing.
