Carpets hasn't been cleaned in a long, long time. Same for the. furniture. About 1/3 of the lights didn't work either. We left after one night rather than staying for the three we booked and paid for after they acused us of not disclosing that we were bringing both of our dogs. We disclosed this to your reservationist who obviously didn't tell the property manager. They gave us a very small refund but we are still out over $400\. Perhaps you would consider reimbursing us for this. This was one of our worst travel experiences ever. ##### MICHAEL F.
