Hibernation Station is the perfect basecamp for all your Smoky Mountain adventures.

Located an easy walking distance, along beautiful and relaxing Baskins Creek, from the most popular attractions in Gatlinburg!

Decorated with rustic décor to give you that Smoky Mountain feeling! Featuring log beds, bear décor, stainless steel appliances, granite counters and a 75" TV!

Your entrance to Hibernation Station is through the lower level which has the laundry washer and dryer in the hallway and a king bedroom with en suite bathroom with a shower.

The main level has another king bedroom with en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The living room with queens sleeper sofa, kitchen, dining area and balcony are all on the main level.

The spiral staircase leads to the loft with a queen bed, arcade game and a full bathroom with shower in the hallway.

It was a great place to stay, and loved the layout since there were 3 separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was adequate and within walking distance of downtown for sure. Would highly recommend staying here, and would def book again!

The location is great, walking distance from downtown! The condo is great, and is exactly as described in the listing. Having private bathrooms for each bedroom was awesome. The owners were very responsive and resolved a minor issue very quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is in a very good location. It is walking distance from all Gatlinburg attractions. The place is very clean and I would recommend it for your stay when visiting Gatlinburg.

Perfect spot for a getaway

It was in a great location. If you’re looking to walk the strip there’s no need to drive. You can leave your car at the property and it’s an easy 5-7 minute walk down to the strip. Great place for a family or even a friends vacation. Highly recommend!

Great location for big group

The property was clean and inviting. Worked well for our party of 8. It was about 8 min walk to ripleys aquarium which made it convenient for us to leave our vehicle at the condo. Would definitely stay here again

We stayed here in October. 2023. The leaves were changing, an awesome time to be there. The townhouse was nice. The beds were comfortable. The location was great. It was close to town. All you can ask for.

Short walk to Parkway

This cozy, clean, modern townhome was just what we expected! The contactless check-in is great. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are all stocked with anything you should need for a vacation. The screened in porch is great for peaceful evenings outside. With a nice short walk to parkway you are close enough to enjoy a walk but far enough away to still enjoy the peace and quiet. The host was great to deal with and anytime we needed anything they responded very quick. We will definitely be staying here again!
