***In the winter, we recommend 4WD/AWD vehicles. No refunds will be given due to weather conditions***

*As this is in a neighborhood community/resort, there are other cabins close by. It still feels very secluded!

*Because we are located on a mountain, you may encounter bears. Keep your car doors closed and locked at all times.

*We do our best to mitigate bugs/critters, but you will likely encounter some.

*The roof is metal. It can get loud when it's raining.

*Hot Tub usage is at your own risk.

*Many cabins in our neighborhood are under renovation/construction. You may hear construction noises during normal work hours.

***We HIGHLY recommend trip insurance for your stay. We will not deviate from the cancellation policy.

*** Your safety is our top priority. A MAXIMUM OF 4(6 if including infants/toddlers) GUESTS IS ALLOWED.***

-Only toilet paper may be flushed. Please dispose of items such as feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes (including those labeled flushable), Q-tips, cotton balls, etc., in the trash bin.

-Filming or video production is not permitted without written approval from the property owner.

-Areas beyond the grill area backyard area and the small maintained lawn, under the deck may contain poison ivy or other hazards. For your safety, please remain within the yard.

-The Guest, along with all individuals included under this reservation, acknowledges that they are staying at the property at their own risk. They agree to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owners, Property Managers, their representatives, and employees from any and all liability for personal injury, death, property damage, or loss—regardless of cause—including related legal and attorney fees. If legal action is required to enforce this agreement, the Guest is responsible for covering the Owner’s legal expenses.

-Unless otherwise specified, the property is rented in “as-is” condition. Guests agree to maintain the property responsibly and refrain from making changes, repairs, additions, or removing any of the Owner’s belongings without approval. While we strive to ensure all utilities and appliances are functional, we cannot guarantee against occasional mechanical issues involving plumbing, power, HVAC, internet, or appliances. Please report any issues promptly; we will address them as quickly as possible. Guests must permit Owner or authorized personnel access to the property for maintenance or inspection. No refunds or rate adjustments will be issued due to such inconveniences.

By agreeing electronically, the Renter confirms they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this agreement. This constitutes a legally binding release of liability, and the Renter accepts it willingly.
