-Dirty linen you can leave where it is -Ensure all windows and doors are locked before you leave. -Take the trash out and place it inside the bear proof garbage container.
-Turn off the lights and TVs in all rooms - Check all rooms and make sure you have not left anything behind- the cleaning company will discard any items that do not belong to the cabin.

Nice place for the family!

Our family stayed at the Woodland Lodge for our daughter’s wedding in the Glades. Great location…cabin was clean and spacious enough for kids to play and adults to relax. Nice quiet, secluded neighborhood….but easy access to nearby amenities.

Birthday Get Away!The cabin was beautiful, clean and great location. We enjoyed everything about it. After a long day around town, coming back relaxing in the hot tub was amazing. Then we would end the night with a few games of pool. One of rhe best parts of this cabin is the awesome beds, they are so comfortable. So I highly recommend booking this cabin. You won't be disappointed. Oh yea, we got to see bears

Perfect Stay

The cabin was as advertised. Clean, and in a location easy to access from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Communication with the property manager was excellent. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Thanksgiving Holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday in this beautiful cabin. We cooked our Thanksgiving dinner here and really had a great family time together. We definitely recommend this cabin and the host communicated every detail we needed to feel right at home.

Black Bear Falls Surprise

We had a great stay at Woodlands Lodge. Enjoyed all the house had to offer. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Found out why the trash is locked when a Black Bear came by at dusk. Beautiful setting with great views of the mountains.

Beautiful Cabin

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home was very clean and welcoming. Our family got to experience the local bears every day walking around the cabin and throughout the area. The host was very nice and quick to respond to our inquiries. Highly recommend stay here!

Looking forward to our next visit

This was our second visit this year and it did not disappoint- we don’t stay anywhere else when in Gatlinburg. The owners must have recently renovated the cabin again- we were pleasantly surprised by all the new furniture, bed covers, and rugs. The location is perfect- just 5-7 min to downtown or the national park. Thank you for always making our trip!

Wonderful Stay outside of Gatlinburg Center

My family and I stayed in this cabin for New Years and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. Beautiful and so comfortable for our whole family. Lovely and quiet neighborhood, with beautiful views off the wrap around deck. Perfect for coffee in the mornings. Beds comfortable and 3 full baths which was perfect for our family. Just a quick drive to the nearest grocery store and to downtown Gatlinburg.

Great place to stay, location is great as well!

House was very clean, kitchen had everything you need for a one week stay (plates, coffee mugs, cups and cookware). Beds were comfortable, Hot tub was nice! Plenty of space for a family of 6 (2 adults and 4 teens). Location is within minutes of hitting the main strip in Gatlinburg for Entertainment. If you leave around 10am or earlier not much traffic going to Gatlinburg. But around 12pm and later, traffic could be an issue. We would stay there again if we make another trip to Gatlinburg.

Perfect Gatlinburg retreat!

Our stay at this log home made our entire trip. Location and community is perfect with a fantastic pool and ponds with ducks. We sat on the porch and listened to trickling water from the streams nightly. The home is thoughtfully decorated with “cozy and comfort” in mind. Beds are so very comfortable! Layout is ideal with a bedroom and full bathroom on each level. We will definitely return and highly recommend for others.

Amazing place for large groups

We chose this cabin based on the size as we got married in Tennessee and wanted to host our few family members for after the wedding. The cabin was immaculate and so very pretty. The bed was amazing! I don’t think I’ve slept that good in a while! It was secluded enough but not far from town and our wedding location! We had the best time and many memories! Thank you!!

Great Homebase for Family Vacay

Our family of 7 (2 parents, 2 girls ages 16 & 15, 3 boys ages 13, 12 & 8) stayed here during our late July trip to Smoky Mountain National Park. It was a great layout for our family, the hot tub was nice, the kitchen had what we needed to prep food for breakfast and lunch so we could picnic in the park. We dined out each night and also were able to door dash dessert. My husband and son saw a bear while they were sitting in the hot tub. Really cool (felt very safe). Would highly recommend!
