Location location location...only took our car out once. Quiet, yet centrally located where you can walk to anything you want to do. Clean and well stocked with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Perfect location!

We had a absolutely great time! The condo was in the perfect location for downtown Gatlinburg. We were able to walk wherever we wanted to go in town. The condo was perfect for us, clean, well decorated, very comfortable.

Great property & location

Really enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect, other than the haunted house music that played constantly next door after 5:00, but not in the control of the property owner. Check-in/check-out process was easy due to clear communications. Would definitely stay there again!

Great location

Not only is this close to entrance to the Smokies; it’s also a block up to the Main Street that goes thru Gatlinburg. Enjoyed our privacy in the four unit complex. Nice to relax on balcony after hiking. Definitely would stay there again

Great condo- just like new

This condo is beautiful. Everything about it felt like it was brand new. It's very large and spacious, has a nice balcony where you can hear the river, it's a great location, easy parking and was spotlessly clean! I'd definitely stay again.

Labor Day week vacation

Excellent location only a block of the main strip in Gatlinburg . Property was clean, comfortable ad conveniently close to restaurants, attractions and shopping. 1st floor unit did not have much of a view and parking was tight. Overall, very nice.
