Guest Access: Entire Cabin The Neighborhood: Located in the Roaring Fork area of Gatlinburg, this cabin sits right along the Roaring Fork Stream and is just 0.7 miles from the heart of downtown. The setting is peaceful and scenic, yet incredibly convenient. Getting Around: This cabin is easily accessible via paved roads, with parking available on-site. While the roads are typically manageable, we always recommend a 4x4 vehicle when traveling in the Smokies—especially during winter or heavy rain. Other Things to Note: • Guests must be at least 21 years old to book this cabin. • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. • A 4x4 vehicle is recommended for travel in the Smoky Mountains. While the access roads are paved, mountain conditions can vary. • Gas fireplaces are seasonal and typically operate from October through March, weather permitting. • A Keurig coffee maker is provided and supports both ground coffee and K-Cups—please bring your own. • Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day. • Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided. • Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method. • Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. • We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins. Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife. Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place. It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors. This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos. • Being in the mountains, wind can sometimes blow leaves, dirt, or other natural debris into the hot tub. The hot tub has been drained and cleaned to ensure it’s ready for use. The hot tub was great and we were thankful to have a place where we could do our own laundry. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. The house was immaculate, and very updated. Just perfect for my husband, son, and I. We really loved the hot tub and the river. It feels like you’re way out in the boonies, but once you’re in your car, you realize there’s so much to do and eat right there near you. We would definitely stay here again and again. It appears brand new, was very clean, modern, and gorgeous inside and out. Working with the owner was seamless and easy. Great location both for walking into town, but also for getting to the cabin while avoiding the Gatlinburg traffic jam.
