My spouse along with our 3 children, daughter-in-law, and grandbaby went for an extended weekend over Springbreak. The condo was easy to find following the GPS. It was within close distance to the attractions that we planned to attend. If planning to hike trails in the National Forest it is just down the road from the visitor's center. We found it spacious with just the right touch of decor. The views were absolutely gorgeous. The elevation is high (it's the mountains, after all), but the roads up were a little tight, winding, and shoulder-less. This did not take away from our trip or the condo itself. We had traveled The Road to Hana in Maui last year, so my husband drove it expertly. I wasn't too happy to brave that kind of road again, but we persevered. However, the WiFi would connect, but had no internet access. Which was a major problem for us. When we arrived the pool/hot-tub was green and shutdown. No one told us this in advance we found out when we went to go for a swim and saw the sign. The roads that lead up to the top of the mountain are treacherous and narrow. I would not recommend this place. The next time, I would look to book off of the mountain down closer to Gatlinburg. ##### Edward C. We were pleasantly surprised to see such a great place to stay without really knowing what we were purchasing. It had everything as listed. Now for some of the written comments and ratings from others: this condo is in the mountains. It has roads that wrap around and go up the mountains, some turns will take your breath away due to the scenery while other moments, it can be very scary to drive due to the road being very narrow. It was AWESOME! Drive slow and enjoy the way up and down the mountain as this did not ruin our stay or keep us from using this condo in the future. We rather enjoyed being away from everyone in hotels, felt very comfortable and no we did not need an ATV or jeep to get to our stay. We were located very close to Gatlinburg or could take a different road out of the mountain and be in Pigeon Forge within 10 to 15 minutes. We did have Pizza ordered and they delivered it very timely to the condo. Our last night there, we saw a mother bear and 2 cubs walking the roads. Quite a nice surprise :). My family was very happy with the accommodations and we had a great time in TN. We are thankful for the time with our family and we would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay, consider this property. ##### Richard H. Nothing shows the night sky better than the darkness on top of a mountain in the fall!!The winner was the fireplace!!! Every evening there was a fire going, and the relaxation of the crackling of real wood burning was enough to relax the most stressed out individual.In closing, we will definitely be staying here again on every return trip we make back to Gatlinburg( a yearly trip for us).
