This property was amazing!! Beautiful views and plenty of room for all of us. Pool was a little chilly but we were so busy we didn't have much time to swim. There were a few more houses around us than what i was expecting and what was shown in the pictures, but that didn't take away from any of the beauty. The area was breathtaking and id definitely go back to stay!

Easy and enjoyable

Whole process was a breeze between the app they had, ability to make your own entry code, and the amenities they had to offer. Would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a cabin in Gatlinburg.

Best woodland vacation

This place was spotless and safe. So many luxuries and things to do for everyone. Would highly recommend for large families. A vacation to remember 🤗

Fantastic Family Cabin

This cabin was PERFECT for multiple families to stay and celebrate my mom’s 70th birthday. The cabin was spacious and worked perfectly for four families to stay together and still have your own space. The adult couples each had their own bedroom and the kids shared the remaining bedrooms. The pool, hot tub and games kept everyone entertained. Multiple balconies and areas to hang out. Great location. The views were incredible!

Great vacation

We spent the whole week at this location and overall it was a great experience! The view was beautiful and breathtaking. Driving distance to go out and have fun or get food. Definitely would stay again.

Peaceful retreat

The property was close to town yet far enough away to give you scenic views. This property had everything we needed and could accomdate either staying in or going out.

Spectacular Views

Great stay! House had something for everyone!! Pool, hot tub, arcade games, board games, everything! Messaged to let them know of a few things just as an FYI (a remote missing etc) and they were very responsive!! Would recommend for sure!

Beautiful 😍

This location was close to all the attractions. Was a little disappointed that it wasn’t as hidden away as I wanted but was beautiful none the less! And we seen a black bear while at our cabin 3 times! Would recommend!

Friends trip..

Our group has been to Gatlinburg 3 times together and this has been our favorite cabin. It had absolutely everything that you needed. Great kitchen supplies, great rooms, fun games (except we couldn’t get the buck hunt to work), an Alexa for music, thermostats on each level and nice location into Gatlinburg.

Great stay, with a great view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our entire family gathered together for 5 days of fun and we stayed at this cabin. We had a great time together and we loved everything about the cabin. Right away I have to talk about the view off the back decks. We have stayed at other locations, but everyone in the family agreed that this view was by far the best. We loved early morning coffee drinking while rocking in the rocking chairs. It sounded like a rain forest with all of the birds singing in the morning! You could sit and take in the view all day, but with as close as you are to downtown, while still being away from downtown, you have to go take in the strip. We loved how close we were to the grocery store, Domino's pizza, and the strip. Even though the grade of the road is steep (you're in the Smokey Mountains, so it's steep everywhere) we were able to go for evening walks. And we did see bears multiple times, so that was fun too.Inside the cabin, we especially loved all the bathrooms. No one ever had to wait for a bathroom, and when you have 20 people including kids, you don't want to have to wait for a bathroom. The kids were living their best lives while enjoying the indoor pool and arcade games...who am I trying to fool, the adults did too. The communication was great all along the way and we never had to wonder about anything as it was all clearly spelled out for us. And when there was a maintenance question or issue, we got a response very quickly. We loved our time here and would love to come back some day. We made some great memories while staying here and took some great pictures with that awesome backdrop of the mountains.

Great for large family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall everything was nice. Rental team and maintenance were easy to contact and responded quickly. A few concerns were loose spindles on the balcony, an arcade game didn’t work, black mold in shower, AC broken in pool room. Maintenance was there to fix spindles which was an obvious huge safety concern. Location of cabin was great for activities, but also nice and quiet for the outdoor experience.

As our family grew, the need for larger cabins became a must. Our family just spent 5 days at Bear Splash Adventure. It was by far the cleanest cabin we have ever used. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub, game room and indoor pool insured that everyone was well entertained. We had one small mechanical issue and a call to maintenance cleared that up immediately. Loved the safety features build into the cabin too. We would definitely recommend this cabin for a great family vacation!

It was a big hit with the grandkids. Bear Tracts was very quick to respond with any minor issues and took care of it right away. We were very impressed.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin location had a great views of the mountains. The cabin was not as large as the pictures show on line. The living/dining area is quite small for 16 people. The cabin needs a lot of maintenance. Refrigerator and dishwasher had issues. Leaking ceiling from shower above that needed new caulking. The hot tub cover was completely broken The biggest issue was the indoor pool, it was FREEZING!!!! Kids were unable to use the pool.
